Located in downtown Minneapolis, Moment is a high-rise apartment tower featuring 222 smart home units, 15,000 square feet of retail space, and a variety of amenities. Selected as the electrical contractor for the project, Collins provided preconstruction and design-build services for all lighting and power, as well as technology systems including network infrastructure wiring, fire alarm, access control, video surveillance, audio/visual, and distributed antenna systems.

Forte on the Park, located in the historic Minneapolis Mill District, is a twelve-story, luxury housing complex featuring one- and two-bedroom units in addition to several exclusive penthouse options. Collins worked with the general contractor to provide pre-construction, design services, electrical construction, and technology systems for this expansive project, which includes two floors of underground parking.

For nearly twenty years, Paladin Career and Technical High School has provided innovative, individualized educational experiences to high school students in Coon Rapids. When this 9-12+ charter school needed renovations, Collins was pleased to provide electrical services for the project.

Opus selected Collins as the design-build electrical contractor for the 200,000-square-foot project.

Arbor Lakes Corporate Center

When AbelConn LLC sought to move their manufacturing headquarters to Maple Grove, they hired the Opus Development Company who, in turn, selected Collins as the electrical contractor for the project. With more than 500 pieces of manufacturing equipment being relocated, AbelConn needed a design-build electrical partner that could ensure the new facility’s power distribution system would meet its considerable needs.
