With increasing demand for commercial tenant space in the Twin Cities’ northwest suburbs, Opus Development Company sought to create a new, state-of the-art industrial business center in Maple Grove. Opus selected Collins as the design-build electrical contractor for the 200,000-square-foot project.

The Arbor Lakes Corporate Center boasts 32 docks, nearly 400 parking stalls for vehicles and trailers and modern interior specifications suitable for a variety of tenants. Collins provided electrical service and lighting for the facility—including high
bay interior lights to showcase available tenant spaces and wall mounted and pole lights for optimal exterior lighting. Ultimately, the Arbor Lakes Corporate Center was completed on time and on budget.
