Located in downtown Minneapolis, Moment is a high-rise apartment tower featuring 222 smart home units, 15,000 square feet of retail space, and a variety of amenities. Selected as the electrical contractor for the project, Collins provided preconstruction and design-build services for all lighting and power, as well as technology systems including network infrastructure wiring, fire alarm, access control, video surveillance, audio/visual, and distributed antenna systems.

Forte on the Park, located in the historic Minneapolis Mill District, is a twelve-story, luxury housing complex featuring one- and two-bedroom units in addition to several exclusive penthouse options. Collins worked with the general contractor to provide pre-construction, design services, electrical construction, and technology systems for this expansive project, which includes two floors of underground parking.
