The Bower in Edina brings sophisticated, apartment living to the City of Edina. The 18-story apartment community features 187 executive-level units that boast premium interior finishes, designer lighting, wood floors, and private balconies. The Bower also provides access to luxury amenities including concierge services, a pet spa, athletic club, pool, and outdoor dining spaces.
Collins worked alongside the general contractor and owner to provide preconstruction and design-build services including the installation of all power wiring and technology systems for the 356,000-square-foot project. The Bower began welcoming residents in 2021.
