Because our employees are our most valuable asset, safety is an integral part of Collins’ culture.
To ensure that safety remains uncompromised, all employees receive proper equipment and annual training on potential hazards, preventative actions, and OSHA regulations. Key foremen also receive OSHA 10- and 30-hour training as well as NFPA 70E and continuing education in safe workplace practices. We are also certified by ISNetworld and BROWZ–a third-party evaluator that sets stringent guidelines for safety practices.
