For more than 30 years, Climate by Design International (CDI) has specialized in creating desiccant dehumidifiers and critical-process air handlers for environments requiring low humidity levels. When CDI opted to construct a new headquarters covering over 200,000 square feet, Collins was chosen to handle all electrical and technology services.

Built to accommodate office, manufacturing, and distribution space as well as the use of overhead cranes, the new CDI facility also includes 221 vehicle parking stalls, two large training rooms, a catering kitchen, a large two-story cafeteria with floor-to-ceiling windows, an outdoor patio, a walking path, and a fitness room including lockers and showers.

Throughout preconstruction, design, and installation, Collins fulfilled CDI’s requirement for cutting-edge capabilities and aesthetics across all spaces.
