Flagstone Senior Living by Presbyterian Homes is a master-planned community created to meet a variety of senior needs including independent and assisted living, memory care, long-term care and supplemental services. Flagstone also features wellness areas, a pool, craft room, theater, salon, market, and woodshop—as well as access to the Purgatory Creek natural area and shopping and dining in Eden Prairie.
Working closely with the general contractor and Presbyterian Homes, Collins assisted in the design of the lighting, power, and technology systems for the entire 276-unit complex. The exceptional partnership between Collins, the general contractor and the owner allowed the project to move forward smoothly, despite pandemic-related staffing and supply chain challenges. Ultimately, the Flagstone project was completed ahead of schedule.
