The Pillars of Prospect Park is a 283-unit, 340,000-square-foot urban housing community thoughtfully designed for seniors. From its wellness rooms and rooftop patios to its Circadian-rhythm-friendly indoor lighting systems, The Pillars provides an undoubtedly enlightened take on senior living.

To bring this 10- and 7-story complex to life, Collins served as the electrical engineer of record, providing both the design and installation of its lighting, power and low-voltage systems. These low-voltage systems included those related to voice, data, TV, access control and camera systems.
