Prior to construction, Collins worked with architects and other tradespeople to design efficient electrical solutions. During construction, Collins installed the building’s power and lighting systems, as well as many of its technology systems, including access control, fire alarm, audio-video, and network cabling. To streamline rough-ins, Collins pre-fabricated branch wiring assemblies on site— despite the job site’s limited workspace. Lakehaus welcomed tenants in the fall of 2020.
