Award-Winning Headquarters for Minnesota Powerhouse

Located in downtown Minneapolis’ core shopping and entertainment artery, Xcel Energy’s corporate headquarters features collaborative design coupled with energy efficiency. The LEED silver-certified building stands nine stories tall, occupies 222,000 square feet, and houses approximately 800 employees.

Collins served as the electrical contractor on the project, which won the 2017 Excellence Award in the Industrial and Office Buildings category from the Design-Build Institute of America Upper Midwest Region.
