A Gold-Standard Student Center

As the campus gathering center for the University of St. Thomas, the Anderson Student Center provides an exceptional environment for university activities. The $66 million, 225,000 square-foot center has been awarded LEED Gold certification for its energy-efficient mechanical systems, water conservation measures, highly insulated exterior wall and roofing systems, and lighting controls. The center’s focal point is a glass-enclosed atrium billed as the living room of the campus.
