Luxury Complex Combines Urban and Outdoor Living

Tucked in scenic Edina, Minn., The Loden is a luxury urban apartment complex balancing high-end amenities with the beautiful outdoors. This four-story, 246-unit, multi-family development boasts luxury amenities like expansive outdoor spaces, a dog wash and walk, yoga studio, fitness center, and heated underground parking.

To complete this lofty project Collins worked alongside general contractor, Opus to provide design-build electrical and technology services. Although The Loden was similar in scope to many of Collins’ other multi-unit housing projects, tight timelines made the project especially challenging.  Despite that challenge, Collins was able to provide all services on time and within budget.
