In 2022, Ramsey County committed to improving traffic flow and safety for all users along a stretch of Lexington Avenue that runs from County Road E to I-694 through the cities of Arden Hills and Shoreview, Minnesota. A key component of the improvement plan involved the installation of a new traffic signal at a busy access-road intersection.
