Completed during COVID-19, the expansion presented a variety of challenges including material delays, tight timelines and reduced workspace due to social distancing requirements. Despite these difficulties, Collins provided power to new and existing mechanical equipment and general power and lighting to office spaces, conference rooms, and open classrooms—installing over 100 recessed cans, strip fixtures and suspended linear pendants.

Collins also installed all technology systems, including CCTV, intrusion detection, card access, paging/speakers, fire alarm, and voice/data.
