New Patient Spaces for Minnesota’s Children

Gillette Children’s has been providing both immediate and long-term care to Minnesota’s children since 1897. When the renowned provider opted to remodel its St. Paul Campus, Collins was selected as the electrical contractor best suited to the project.

Because the spaces scheduled for remodeling included patient rooms, the hospital required that work be completed in small phases, such that a majority of rooms could remain occupied and functional at any given point in the project. Collins completed all lighting and power branch/power distribution work within the multiple required phases—to Gillette’s satisfaction and with little to no disruption to patients.
