Modern Electrical and Technology for a “Smart” Mixed-Use Building

East End is a six-story mixed-use facility comprised of 160 luxury apartments, one floor of retail, a two-floor underground parking garage, and an additional surface parking area. 

The apartments, which tout smart home technologies, attract a young, tech-savvy demographic. The smart devices include lighting, thermostats, and security monitors, which residents can control from anywhere via an app on their phones. 

Collins provided a wide range of services for this project from the electrical design and installation to a fully integrated low voltage solution—including audio/video for the rooftop amenity area, replete with a state-of-the-art outdoor projection system.
