Our congratulations to all of the teams who participated in the creation of the The Landing Hotel and Residences–listed as one of 2017’s Top Projects by Finance & Commerce!

The Landing is part of the 14.5-acre Promenade of Wayzata, the largest development the Lake Minnetonka area has seen in decades. The Promenade offers high-end shopping, dining and housing, a senior housing complex, and a luxury condo building. The Landing Hotel & Residences is one building filled by 92 hotel rooms and 30 private condo residences priced from $1.7 million to $4 million.
