Radius at 15th is an off-campus, fully furnished apartment complex for University of Minnesota students. Located one block from the university and across from the University of Minnesota Sports Arena, the $58-million housing community was the first residential complex built in 2015 following the formation of the 2014 Marcy-Holmes Neighborhood Master Plan. Architect Cuningham Group and developer CPM Companies designed the complex in cooperation with the plan’s mission to protect the historic fabric of the neighborhood during a period of dramatic growth. Collins partnered with owner CPM Development as the electrical contractor for the project.
The six-story, 202-unit/771-bed apartment building boasts 350,000 square feet, complete with underground parking, a fitness center, a tech lab, study rooms, and a landscaped courtyard that includes a hot tub, fire pits, and grills. Radius at 15th continues Dinkytown’s long-standing history of student activity through 21st century design.
