Collins Electrical is excited to have Chelsea Winegar serving as the company’s People Development Manager. In this role, Chelsea focuses on equipping employees with practical tools, resources, and professional development opportunities designed to make work easier and support career growth.

Before relocating to Minnesota, Chelsea led Learning and Development for the State of Colorado, where she built leadership programs and career pathing initiatives for both office and field teams.

Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her husband, Jay, their two children, Lennox and Lochlan, and their dog, Maggs. The Winegar family is excited to explore Minnesota and spend as much time by the water as possible.
